CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations
received prior to May 2, 2012 are subject to a $50 processing fee.
After
May 2, 2012 there is a $100 cancellation fee, no exceptions!
All requests for refunds due to cancellation
must be in writing
to Mid-America Conference on Hearing by May 25, 2012.
No phone calls. No refunds after May 31, 2012.

to offer AAA CEUs for this activity. The program is worth a maximum of
1.0 CEUs. AAA approval of this continuing education activity does
not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical

Studies, and the Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana Boards for Licensing Hearing
Aid Specialists, and AAA.
Seminar Objectives:
The purpose of this three-day seminar is to advance skills and knowledge
related to hearing aid fitting and to advance a spirit of cooperation among
Hearing Health Professionals.
