CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations received prior to June 16, 2008 are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations received after that date are subject to a $100 penalty.  All requests for refunds due to cancellation must be in writing to Mid-America Conference on Hearing by July 1, 2008. No phone calls.

ASHA CEU CREDITS
IIHIS is approved by the Continuing Education Board of the American Speech-Hearing Association (ASHA) to provide continuing education activities in speech-language pathology and audiology.  This program is offered for 1.0 CEUs (Advanced).  ASHA approval of continuing education sponsorship does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products or clinical procedures.  You must fill out a form for ASHA CEU credits.  Forms will be available at the Mid-America registration desk.  A fee of $5.00 will be collected by Mid-America at the convention when application for CEUs is made.
 
AMERICAN  ACADEMY OF AUDIOLOGY
Mid-America Conference on Hearing is approved by The American Academy of Audiology to offer AAA CEUs for this activity.  The program is worth a maximum of 1.0 CEUs.  AAA approval of this continuing education activity does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedures.
 
10 HOURS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION
Educational Seminar Approved by the International Institute for Hearing Instrument Studies, and the Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana Boards for Licensing Hearing Aid Specialists, ASHA and AAA. 

Seminar Objectives: The purpose of this four day seminar is to advance skills and knowledge related to hearing aid fitting and to advance a spirit of cooperation among Hearing Health Professionals.
