Eight-foot skirted
table in carpeted area with 2 chairs, all seminars and CEUs (when requested),
and meals that are provided by MACH. Setup starts Wednesday, June 2nd at
1:00 pm. Exhibits Thursday and Friday. Wednesday Night Reception - No Exhibits.

Hospitality Suite
Reservations must be approved by MACH and made directly through the individual
hotel listed. Exhibitors shall not host any other event competing or coinciding
with the MACH Conference Agenda.
SECURITY:
MACH provides 24-hour
security in exhibit hall.
DISLAY
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
MACH is recommending
that LexPro, Lexington, Kentucky, be used for all exhibit display shipping.
Your items will be brought to your exhibit space at the Hyatt Regency on
Wednesday, June 2, 2010 and picked up on Friday, June 4, 2010. You will
set up your own display.
Once you have registered
with MACH you will automatically receive an information pack from LexPro
